Jeremiah Lynch left County Cork, Ireland in 1849 to seek his fortune in the California gold fields, but he finally found it in 1883 when he settled on the Washington Territory's Little Skookum Inlet.
Today, the seventh generation of his family is still working his tidelands to bring you the finest shellfish you ever ate.
